How do you charge for your services?
Our fees are generally made up of two parts; an initial registration fee, then a success fee based on a percentage of the purchasing price, payable on completion. The initial registration fee is deducted from the success fee.
For rentals the success fee is based on one months rent.
Our negotiations often mean that our services are self-funding. As our clients needs are all individual, our services can be tailor made to suit your requirements.
