Swansea
Swansea is a thriving, fast-growing city with over 220,000 inhabitants. In the middle of a regeneration programme, the city boasts a dynamic mix of modern retail, commercial and residential developments.
Traditional suburban properties are situated to the north and west of the city, while around the waterfront there are mainly new-build flats, apartments and town houses.
The Swansea coast includes the world-famous Gower Peninsula, the UK’s first designated area of outstanding beauty, as well as a marina that reflects the city’s rich maritime heritage, and a number of urban and country park lands. The city is home to the National Waterfront Museum, and the impressive new Liberty Stadium, which hosts a variety of conferences, sports and cultural events.
