Location tour: Helping you to decide on the right area is important so we will take you on a tour of potential locations, giving advice on the amenities in the area, commuting routes and acceptable travel times.
Property search: Based on the in-depth brief, we use our extensive local contacts to check all suitable marketed properties, including off-market or quietly-marketed homes.
Accompanied viewing: Once we have assembled a short list, we will accompany you on viewings, giving unbiased advice on the suitability of the properties.
Negotiation: Our detailed understanding of the local market means that we can achieve the best possible outcome for you, and our negotiation expertise often means that our services are self-funding.
Reports: We provide monthly progress reports, detailing the time we have spent acting for you along with an update of current market conditions.
Completion service: Once we have secured your property, we oversee the entire acquisition process, dealing with estate agents, surveyors and solicitors on your behalf. We do all that we can to make sure that the deal comes to fruition according to your required time scales.
Moving in: As we work through the completion service we can help to arrange removals, utilities connection, change of address notices, cleaners, gardeners, handymen or building services as required.
